摘要
为了提升和完善金属探测器的性能,降低成本,设计了一种基于霍尔接近开关的金属探测的方案。霍尔接近开关探测到金属并输出数字量,经过单片机的数据处理,控制指示灯的亮灭;单片机通过RS-485总线与PC机进行通信,采用VC++编程实现远程监控金属检测的情况。分析与实验表明:当检测到了金属时,指示灯亮并且PC机远程虚拟指示灯也是相应的做出反应发亮,验证了方案的可行性。实验设计达到了预期目标。
In order to enhance and improve the performance of metal detector and reduce its cost,a metal detector scheme based on Hall proximity switch was designed. Metal was detected by Hall proximity switch and then digital quantity was output. The data was processed by the microcontroller to control the indicator light.The microcontroller was communicated with PC through RS-485 bus,and VC+ +was used to realize the remote monitoring of metal detection. Analysis and experiment show that when metal is detected,indicator lamps is lit up and virtual indicators on PC give out light accordingly,which validate the feasibility of the scheme.
