This paper presents the hypothetical test method of sum test statistics on many totality in discrete distribution of few samples and the arithmetical method of the test. The method has great significance in reliability analysis of results of simulation. The idea and arithmetical method may be generalized to deal with a variety of problems for the uncertain reasoning decision-making.
