摘要
近年来,关于知名旅游景区在旅游旺季人满为患的研究多数集中在拥挤感知与满意度的研究上。文章以故宫为例研究"拥挤"情境下旅游景区的发展现状,并探讨了旅游者目的地选择的驱动因素。研究结论为:①"拥挤"旅游现象是可以改善的;②政府、景区、旅行社以及旅游者的共同努力,才是避免"拥挤"旅游,保障各方利益的有效途径。
Recently, the focus of studies of being crowded in well-known scenic spots in peak seasons is almost upon the cognition and satisfaction of being crowded. Taking The Imperial Palace as an example, this paper studies the status quo of the scenic spots in the context of"being crowded" and explores the driving factors of destination selection of tourists. The findings are as follows: the phenomenon of being crowded may be changed; the concerted effort by governments, scenic spots, travel agencies and tourists is an effective way to avoid the phenomenon of being crowded to safeguard the various parties' interest.
