协同工作环境中一种语音编码器的仿真

摘要 根据语音信号的特点,提出了适应协同工作环境需求的一种语音编码器,并且完成了该语音编码器的仿真。仿真测试结果表明,编码器延时小、质量高、复杂度低,且可自适应语音流的时变特性,是一种有意义和有价值的编码器。 In this letter,we present a speech coding, which meets the needs of speech coding in Cooperation Work Environment. Waveform Compensation Algorithm is introduced to improve the performance of the proposed coding. Emulation of this speech coding has been realized. Simulation result indicates that not only computational complexity and algorithm delay for speech coding are significantly less than that of the conventional coding, but also proposed coding maintains high speech quality and adapts itself to the features of speech stream. These advantages can make this speech coding potentially useful in the application of collaborative work.
