摘要
CBL/VDL(水泥胶结测井/变密度测井)资料是评价固井质量的重要方法,但是,由于CBL/VDL的影响因素较多,在复杂储层情况下其评价结果精度较低。IBC是斯伦贝谢最新一代用于套管及固井质量评价的仪器,对IBC资料评价固井质量的方法与评价依据进行了详细分析;并结合实例对固井质量进行评价,结果显示,IBC资料在识别快速地层、微环隙、小井眼、薄水泥环固井质量评价等方面比CBL/VDL更有优势,评价结果更可靠。
CBL/VDL(cement bond logging/variable density logging)data were the important methods to evaluate cementing quality,but CBL/VDL had various influencing factors and in the complex conditions,the evaluation results were low accuracy.IBC was the latest generation of instrument from Schlumberger used for casing and cementing quality evaluation,The method and basis for cementing quality evaluation using IBC data were analyzed in detail and combined with examples the cementing quality was evaluated.T he results show that the IBC data are more advantageous than the CBL/VDL in identifying micro annular,slim-hole,the evaluation of thin cement sheath quality,and the evaluation results are more reliable.
