低渗碳酸盐岩稠油油藏开发技术政策研究 被引量:1

摘要 叙利亚A油田Shiranish油藏属于中孔低渗孔隙型块状灰岩稠油油藏。渗透率低、油稠,存在边底水、局部裂缝发育。油田天然能量开发采收率低,单井产量低,整体动用程度低。为了提高油田的采收率和储量动用程度,开展了动态分析、数值模拟研究及现场先导试验,确定了该油田稠油区以蒸汽吞吐为主的开发方式,并且对热采参数、水平井段长度、井距等进行了优化计算。计算结果得出,水平井长度400m,注汽压力15MPa,注汽速度250m3/d,井底蒸汽干度0.3,焖井时间5d,注采周期6~12个月,开发井距加密至100m,可以有效地提高储量动用程度和采收率。 Shiranish reservoir of A Oilfield in Syria was a medium-porosity low-permeability blocky limestone heavy oil reservoir.Its permeability was low and the oil was heavy with edge and bottom water,and fracture was developed locally.In the oilfield,oil recovery from natural energy development and oil production of single well were low and overall producing degree was low.In order to improve oil recovery and producing degree of reserves,dynamic analysis,numerical simulation and pilot test were performed in the oilfield.The heavy-oil blocks and major methods of steam soaking were determined for the oilfield,the calculation of thermal production parameters,the length of horizontal sections and well space were optimized.The results show that the length of horizontal well is 400 m,injection pressure is 15 MPa,injection rate is 250m3/d,bottom hole steam dryness is 0.3,soaking time is 5d,injection-production period is6~12months;well space is 100 m.It can effectively improve the producing degree of reserves and recovery factor.
