摘要
在低渗透气藏的钻井、完井、修井等作业过程中,外来液相的侵入极易引发储层的水锁伤害。在气藏水锁伤害机理研究的基础上,开发出适用于吉林油田研究区块低渗透气藏的防水锁处理剂,体系由氯化钾、氟碳表面活性剂(FC-3B)及甲醇组成,表面张力为21.32mN/m。利用天然岩心开展的物模试验结果表明,开发的防水锁体系能够明显减缓岩心的自吸水作用,体系对岩心渗透率的伤害率最大为2.74%,岩心渗透率恢复率最高可达到98.74%。
During the drilling,well completion and workover operations in low permeability reservoirs,foreign liquid invasion was extremely easy to cause water-locking damage in reservoirs.In consideration of the mechanism of water-locking damage to the gas reservoirs,the water-locking treatment agent was developed for low permeability gas reservoirs in Jilin Oilfield,which was consisted of potassium chloride,fluorocarbon surfactant(FC-3B)and methanol,the surface tension of water-locking treatment agent was21.32mN/m.The results of physical model experiments made by using natural cores indicate that water-locking treatment agent is able to slow down the self absorption of the core,and the damage rate to core permeability rate is 2.74%,the core permeability recovery rate is up to 98.74%.
