摘要
从整车结构、柱塞泵总成结构、密度计使用、混浆装置结构、计量罐结构出发,对一种新型固井水泥车的主要结构特点进行了分析。该车的自制水泥浆系统具有自动混浆及二次混浆功能;设备运行由电路系统、液压系统、气压系统及机械传动系统来实现,自动化程度高;配置的密度计能准确地测出水泥浆的瞬时密度值。
Based on the overall structure,the structure of plunger pump assembly,the application of densimeter,the structure of slurry-mixing device and the structure of gauge tank,the structural characteristics of a new cementing truck were analyzed.The self-making slurry system on the truck has the function of automatic slurry blending and slurry re-blending,the operation of equipment is implemented by electric circuit system,hydraulic system,pneumatic system and mechanical driving system,it has a high automation degree,the equipped densimeter can accurately measure the instantaneous density value of slurry.
