腹腔镜在普外科急腹症诊治中的应用

Application of peritoneoscope in the treatment of acute abdominal disease in General Surgery Department

目的探讨腹腔镜在普外科急腹症诊治中的应用。方法选取2010年10月～2013年10月本院普外科收治的150例急腹症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分成腹腔镜组和对照组。腹腔镜组患者行腹腔镜探查治疗;对照组患者行开腹探查和治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血情况、住院康复时间以及治疗效果等。结果腹腔镜组患者的手术时间、术中出血情况、住院时间较对照组明显具有优势,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;出院后2个月随访调查,腹腔镜组和对照组治疗的总有效率差异较小,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论在普外科急腹症诊治中应用腹腔镜能够在保证治疗效果的同时,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,对患者的损伤小,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective To explore the application of peritoneoscope in the treatment of acute abdominal disease in General Surgery Department. Methods From October 2010 to October 2013, 150 cases of acute abdominal disease in General Surgery Department of our hospital were selected as the study objects, randomly divided them into peritoneoscope group and control group. The peritoneoscope group was examined by peritoneoscope, control group was given laparotomy for examination. Operative time, bleeding volume, rehabilitation time and treatment efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The operative time, bleeding volume, hospital time of peritoneoscope group were significantly better than control group, P〈0.05, difference was statistically significant; in the follow up 2 months of treatment, total effective rate of two groups had little differences, P〉0.05, it was not statistically significant. Conclusion Applying peritoneoscope in the treatment of acute abdominal disease in General Surgery Department can shorten the operative time, reduce blood bleeding while reach the good efficacy, with little injure to patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
