肺结核合并支气管扩张治疗中加入阿奇霉素的观察被引量：3

摘要目的分析运用小剂量阿奇霉对肺结核合并支气管扩张症(简称支扩)治疗结果的影响。方法本所治疗的60例肺结核合并支扩患者按门诊随机分入观察组和治疗组,两组均给予2HRZE/4HR方案抗结核治疗,治疗组除抗结核治疗外给予6个月的小剂量阿奇霉素,两组治疗前后均进行生活质量、呼吸困难及扩张支气管壁厚度评分。结果治疗结束后治疗组以上效果均优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并支气管扩张症治疗过程中加入小剂量的阿奇霉素能提高治疗效果。
