基于GA-SVM双网络的纯电动汽车用锂电池剩余电量估算研究

摘要 锂电池组剩余电量的准确估算,对纯电动汽车的持续、稳定运行有着非常重要的意义。本文在充分分析了锂电池组充、放电特性的基础上,应用一种组合算法对电池组的荷电状态进行精确估算;利用GA首先确定SVM的初值,使网络具有更小的初始偏差;仿真结果表明,该优化网络对于锂电池SOC的预测具有较高的精度,可以用来估算电动汽车用锂电池的SOC值。
