摘要
目的:本实验通过将骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)注射于兔下颌骨牵张成骨处后,了解MSCs对牵张成骨处促进成骨的机制。方法:实验组将MSCs注射于右侧牵张成骨处,而对照组注入等量的生理盐水。X线图像分析系统计算新生骨生成区的平均灰度值。免疫组化的方法检测牵张成骨处新生骨组织中骨保护素的表达。结果:兔下颌骨牵张成骨实验动物模型造模成功,MSCs注射可促进牵张区骨量增加,局部组织中骨保护素的表达明显高于对照组。结论:MSCs的促成骨作用可能通过表达骨保护素来实现。
Objective: this experiment by injecting bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) between in rabbit mandibular stretching, understanding of MSCs to promote osteogenesis mechanism with zhang. Methods: the experimental group injected MSCs in right side with a place, and the control group into the same amount of saline. X-ray image analysis system to calculate the average grey value in new bone formation. Immunohistochemieal method of detection with zhang in the expression of new bone tissue of bone protection element. Results: rabbit mandibular stretching experimental animal model building success, MSCs can promote tension zone injection increased bone mass, bone protective element in the local tissue expression is significantly higher than the control group.
