MMP-2,MMP-9与肿瘤的侵袭和转移 被引量:2

摘要 恶性肿瘤的一个重要生物学特征是能浸润和转移到其他组织并增殖,形成新的侵袭转移瘤。细胞外基质和基底膜的降解是肿瘤侵袭和转移的关键环节。基质金属蛋白酶是目前已知能降解细胞外基质的唯一酶类。另外,基质金属蛋白酶还参与了原发肿瘤的形成及新生血管的生成、肿瘤细胞生长和凋亡等生理过程。本文将对基质金属蛋白酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9的生物学性质及其与恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系进行综述,旨在为探索肿瘤诊断和治疗的新方法提供依据。
