探讨II型糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床特点及诊疗体会

目的：分析II型糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床特点及诊疗方法。方法：收集我院2011年5月-2013年5月期间诊治的Ⅱ型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者64例作为研究对象,采用回顾性的方式分析患者的临床资料,总结其临床特点和诊疗方法。结果：本组患者经对症治疗后取得了良好的临床效果。结论：Ⅱ型糖尿病与牙周炎存在相互影响的关系,需要及时进行对症治疗。

Objective Analysis of patients with type 2 diabetes clinical characteristics and diagnosis method of periodontitis. Methods Collected from may, 2011-2011, may make a diagnosis and give treatment of 64 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and periodontitis as the research object, with the method of retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients, summarize its clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods. Results This group of patients after symptomatic treatment achieved good clinical effect. Conclusion Type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and periodontitis ittteractional relationship, need a symptomatic treatment in a timely manner.
