目的：探讨产后出血的预防及护理。方法：分析并总结我院收治的68例产后出血患者护理的有效措施。结果：有效的护理干预减少了产后出血,68例患者痊愈。结论：做好产前预防、产时监测、产后护理、产后出血的抢救,可为产妇生命安全提供保障。

Objective： to study the prevention and nursing of postpartum hemorrhage. Method： analysis and summary of 36 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients in our hospital care and effective measures. Result： effective nursng intervention to reduce postpartum hemorrhage, 36 patients were cured. Conclusion： antenatal, intrapartum mo- nitoring prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum care, rescue, you can provide security for maternal life.
