The authors point out that it is very urgent and important to study western development in China by using the tools and thoughts of New Classical Economics. Viewed from this new angle, western development is a process in which evolution occurs between different corner equilibriums. Theofore, an appropriate way of western development can come true by urging organization innovations throughout the society.
