The economic globalization is doubtlessly a doubleedged sword.It brings chances of development to the ethnic economy of developing countries and at the same time let it face serious challenges.How to avoid its damages and win its advantages and change negative factors into positive ones is a knotty problem placed before nearly all the developing countries,and therefore these countries should have a basic understanding of the development of their national economy.
