温阳止痛散治疗癌性疼痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cancer pain with Wenyang Zhitong San

目的:观察温阳止痛散联合西药治疗癌痛的临床疗效。方法:将82例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用WHO推荐的三阶梯止痛药物治疗,治疗组加敷温阳止痛散。结果:治疗组总有效率及疼痛完全缓解率均高于对照组,止痛持续时间长于对照组,而不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:温阳止痛散与西药联合应用能加强其止痛效果,减少西药的使用量,降低不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Zhitong San combined with western medicine on treating cancer pain. Methods： 82 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were treated by three step WHO recommended analgesic drug treatment, treatment group was given Wenyang Zhitong San more. Results： The total efficiency and complete pain relieving rate in treatment group were higher than that in control group, the pain off lasted time longer than that in control group, and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower. Conclusion： Wenyang Zhitong San combined with western medicine can enhance analgesic effects, reduce amount of western medicine andadverse reaction.
