祛瘀泄热通气合剂的制备及临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy and preparation of Quyu Xiere Tongqi mixture

目的:研究祛瘀泄热通气合剂的制备工艺,并观察其治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:确定处方组成和制备工艺,对120例肠梗阻患者设治疗组和对照组观察疗效。结果:治疗组比对照组通气时间明显缩短,肠功能恢复时间明显提前。结论:祛瘀泄热通气合剂制剂稳定,疗效肯定,服用方便,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study preparation process of Quyu Xiere Tongqi mixture, and observe the clinical efficacy on treating intestinal obstruction. Methods： Determining the composition and preparation of prescriptions, 120 cases of intestinal obstruction were established in treatment group and control group. Results： The treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group at ventilation time, intestinal function recovery time was significantly ahead of schedule. Conclusion： Preparation of Quyu Xiere Tongqi mixture was stable, effective, easy to take and worthy of promotion.
