摘要目的:观察耳穴贴压配合中药内服治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选取耳穴:子宫、卵巢、内分泌、腹、肾、肝、交感,配合中药八正散加减治疗慢性盆腔炎56例。结果:痊愈34例(60.71%),显效15例(26.78%),有效3例(5.35%),无效4例(7.14%)。总有效率为92.86%。结论:耳穴贴压配合中药内服治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。 Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of auricular sticking plus TCM medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods： 56 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory were treated with TCM medicines and at specific acupoints. Results： Cured of 34 cases （60.71%）, markedly effective in 15 cases （26.78%）, effective in 3 cases （5.35%）, invalid of 4 cases （7.14%）. The total efficiency was 92.86%. Conclusion： Auricular sticking plus TCM medicines has exact curative effects for chronic pelvic inflammatory.
