益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy

目的:观察益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:39例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组20例,对照组19例,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用益气养阴活血的中药足浴治疗,2次/d,30min/次,10d为1个疗程,1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血养阴法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有效。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy ofYiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 39 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in the treated group, 19 cases in another. The treated group was given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue on the basis of TCM medicine, 2 times a day, 30 minutes per time, 10 days for 1 course. Results： Efficacy in treated group was better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy was good at treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
