中医特色护理干预脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛

A discussion on intervening epigastralgia of Piwei Xuhan syndrome in TCM

目的:探讨中医特色护理干预在脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛中的应用及临床效果。方法:92例患者随机分为两组,常规组46例实施西医常规护理,中医组46例在此基础上实施中医护理干预。结果:中医特色护理干预能显著地减轻症状,使病程缩短,提高治愈率。结论:中医特色护理干预效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of TCM on intervening epigastralgia of Piwei Xuhan syndrome. Methods： 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the convention of 46 cases was given routine western care, while the TCM was given TCM intervening. Results： The TCM intervening can obviously reduce the symptom and the course, enhance the rate of cured. Conclusion： The TCM intervening has good effects and was worthy of application.
