针灸推拿为主治疗神经根型颈椎病60例临床研究

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by acupuncture plus massage

目的:观察探究针灸推拿为主治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年3月-2013年3月我院收治的120例神经根型颈椎病患者,按照随机的方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予针灸推拿为主的治疗;治疗组给予针灸配合药物为主的治疗。比较两组患者治疗后VAS评分;比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后VAS评分均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,治疗组显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿为主治疗神经根型颈椎病,可显著改善患者疼痛情况,提高患者临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus massage on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given acupuncture plus massage; another was given acupuncture plus medicine. Results： After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were better, and the treatment group was better than that in the control, differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the total efficiency in treatment group was 93.3%, was higher than 80.0% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus massage can obviously relieve pain in patients, improve clinical efficacy, are worthy of clinical application.
