针刺五联疗法配合麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation by Zhenci Wulian therapy plus Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction

观察针刺五联疗法配合麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。把90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予针刺五联疗法合麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗;对照组给予针刺五联疗法合腰痛宁胶囊。治疗组治愈率为90.0%,总有效率为96.7%;对照组治愈率为73.3%,总有效率为90.0%。两组治愈率有明显差异,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。针刺五联疗法合麻黄附子细辛汤治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意。

To observe clinical effects of Zhenci Wulian therapy plus Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction on treating lumbar disc herniation. 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given Zhenci Wulian plus Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction, and another was given Zhenci Wulian plus Yaotong Ning capsules. In the treatment group, the curative rate was 90.0%, the total efficiency was 96.7%; in the control group, the curative rate was 73.3%, the total efficiency was 90.0%. The curative rate and total efficiency in treatment were better, differences were statistically significant. Zhenci Wulian therapy plus Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction have confirmed effects on lumbar disc herniation.
