针刺配合刺血疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症80例

Treating 80 cases of lumbar spinal canal stenosis by acupuncture plus Cixue therapy

目的:观察针刺配合刺血疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组及对照组各40例,观察组采用针刺配合刺血疗法,对照组采用静滴地塞米松5mL+250mL 20%甘露醇,血塞通注射液0.8g+250mL 5%葡萄糖氯化钠治疗。结果:观察组总有效率显著优于对照组。结论:针刺配合刺血疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe effects of acupuncture plus Cixue therapy on treating lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given acupuncture plus Cixue therapy, the control was given intravenous dexamethasone 5ml＋250mL 20% mannitol, Xuese Tong injection 0.8g＋250mL 5% glucose sodium chloride. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was obviously better. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus Cixue therapy have good effects for lumbar spinal canal stenosis.
