银杏达莫注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛患者的90例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 90 cases of senior unstable angina by Yinxing Damo injection plus atorvastatin calcium

目的:探讨银杏达莫注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的90例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各45例,两组患者均行常规治疗,并在此基础上给予对照组患者阿托伐他汀钙治疗,给予观察组患者银杏达莫注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,将两组患者的心绞痛改善情况、心电图改善情况进行对比。结果:观察组患者的心绞痛治疗总有效率、心电图改善情况总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予老年不稳定型心绞痛患者银杏达莫注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗可有效改善患者心绞痛情况及心电图情况,临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yinxing Damo injection plus atorvastatin calcium on treating unstable angina in the old people. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases for each, all groups were given routine treatment, the control was given atorvastatin calcium while another was given Yinxing Damo injection and atorvastatin calcium more. Results： The total efficacy of angina and ECG status in the observation were better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yinxing Damo injection and atorvastatin calcium can improve angina and ECG status, with good clinical effects, was worthy of application.
