小儿咳喘宁治疗寒性咳嗽66例临床研究

Clinical research on treating 66 cases of cold cough with Xiaoer Kechuan Ning

目的:探讨小儿咳喘宁治疗寒性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2010年7月-2012年7月我院收治的66例寒性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,将其随机地分为对照组和治疗组,对照组33例患儿给予抗病毒加抗生素治疗,治疗组33例患儿给予小儿咳喘宁治疗,对比两组患儿治疗15d和30d后的临床效果。结果:治疗15d、30d后,对比疗效发现,治疗组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿咳喘宁治疗寒性咳嗽疗效显著、安全可靠、无副作用,值得临床大力推广和应用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Xiaoer Kechuan Ning on treating cold cough. Methods： 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control of 33 cases was given anti-virus plus antibiotics, while the treatment was given Xiaoer Kechuan Ning. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was higher after 15 and 30 days treatment, the difference was statically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoer Kechuan Ning was effective and safety with no side reactions, worthy of promotion.
