11 cases of treatment of tattoo with skin grafting as designed shape

目的:探讨定形植皮术治疗纹身的疗效。方法:循饰文图案边界切除纹饰的皮肤,并以此创面的形状和大小为取皮模板,切取相同厚度的整张次全厚断层皮片,移植于受区创面。结果:11个定形皮片完全成活,术后1年随访,皮片色泽与周围正常皮肤相近似,周边缝合口无环形瘢痕形成。结论:定形植皮术是纹身治疗的一种理想方法。

Objective： To evaluate efficacy of treatment of tattoo with skin grafting as designed shape. Methods： Cut the tattoo and remove the same thickness skin as the shape of the tatoo, graft it onto the skin with tatoo. Results： 11 pieces of grafted skin are all survived, clinical follow-up after 1 year shows that the color of the grafted skin are near to the surrounding skin, and there are no scar around them. Conclusions： Treatment of tattoo with skin grafting as designed shape is a perfect method.
