摘要
对于人能进入釜内进行操作的小型搅拌设备,一般均要求不设置中间轴承,因为中间轴承系需经常检修的部件,而小型搅拌设备中间轴承的检修须打开釜盖才能进行,为此,本文提出釜内无支承悬臂搅拌轴的设计计算方法,本方法计算简便,结论可靠,适用于工程设计。
For some small vessels with agitator in which man can enter, it is required not to install the middle couplings for the support.The reason is that the middle couplings are the components needed to maintain within a comparative short period and it is necessary to move away the cover of the vessels when the vessels being maintained.In this paper, one method for calculating the necessary diameter of the cantilever agitating shaft.The method has the advantage of that the operation is simple and the conclusion is reliable.It is proved that the method is suitable in engineering application.
