摘要 研究变基圆渐开线涡旋膨胀机的型线方程及膨胀容积问题。本文首先根据涡旋机正常工作的原则,推导出了变基圆半径渐开线型线构成涡旋膨胀机所必须满足的条件,然后根据变基圆半径渐开线涡旋型线的构成条件求出了变基圆半径涡旋线的型线方程。依据型线方程给出了动涡盘和静涡盘内外壁面的坐标方程,根据坐标方程画出了变基圆半径渐开线构成的涡旋腔,并分析了变基圆半径渐开线型线构成涡旋膨胀机的几何特点。最后根据涡旋腔的容积变化规律和啮合点的特性,求出了各个腔室的展角范围,并以第二膨胀腔为例,利用法向等距线法推导出了变基圆半径渐开线涡旋膨胀机各个腔室的容积计算公式,为进一步研究变基圆半径渐开线涡旋膨胀机提供了一定的理论基础。 The profile equation and the expanded volume of the scroll expander with variable base circle radius involute is studied. Based on the normal operational principle the scroll expander, this paper firstly deduces the necessary condition of variable base circle radius involute profile to constitute the scroll expander, furthermore, obtains the profile equation of the base circle involute with varing radius. According to the profile equation,the coordinate equations of the inside and outside walls for the moving and fixed scrolls are obtained. According to coordinate equations, the scroll chambers constituted by the variable base circle radius involutes are described. And the geometry feature of the profile of base circle involute with varing radius is analyzed. Finally according to the volume change regularity of scroll chambers and the mesh point feature, this paper deduces the range of the flare angle for each expansion chamber. And using the second expansion chamber as an example,normal equidistant curve method is applied to calculate each chamber volume. It provides a theoretical basis for the further research of the variable base circle radius invloute scroll expander.
