摘要
针对青海某铁金矿金浮选回收率偏低(仅有80%)的问题开展了系统研究,发现磨矿粒度偏粗是原来生产金浮选回收率低的关键原因。通过试验确定适宜的磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占80.40%,该磨矿粒度下采用一粗-两精-两扫的浮选工艺流程,闭路试验获得了精矿金品位93.86 g/t、回收率87.96%的良好指标。现场改造在基本不改变浮选工艺流程及药剂制度情况下,仅降低磨矿粒度,取得了明显的效果,金回收率提高到87.5%。
