摘要
针对高溶氧化钼、钼酸铵及纯三氧化钼和钼粉钾含量超标的问题,从产业链全局出发,对采、选、冶、化工、加工整个产业链中有关降钾的技术研究、管理措施及降钾效果进行了总结评述。生产实践表明,从产业链全局出发分步控制钾含量,降钾效果明显。
In view of potassium content exceeding standard in molybdenum oxide with high solubility, ammonium molybdate, molybdenum trioxide powder and molybdenum powder, some relevant technologies and management approaches in reducing the potassium content through all stages of the molybdenum industrial chain, including mining, dressing, smelting, chemical treatment and fine processing, were summarized and evaluated. The production practice shows that, obvious effect can be attained in potassium reduction after measures were taken from the overall consideration to control the potassium content stage by stage throughout the whole industrial chain.
