新西兰白兔生长性状的遗传参数估计 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】对新西兰白兔不同生长日龄体重和平均日增重进行遗传分析。【方法】利用成都市爱华畜牧科技有限公司种兔场2011-2013年的生长性状记录,采用多性状动物模型约束性最大似然法(REML)对新西兰白兔35、42、56、70、84日龄的5个体重性状,35~42、42~56、56~70、70~84日龄的4个平均日增重性状进行遗传参数估计。【结果】结果表明,新西兰白兔35、42、56、70、84日龄体重的遗传力分别是0.63、0.46、0.43、0.42、0.39。各日龄间体重呈强正遗传相关,相邻日龄间的遗传相关较其他日龄间强。35~42、42~56、56~70、70~84日龄平均日增重的遗传力分别是0.30、0.36、0.31、0.21。4个平均日增重间呈弱遗传相关。【结论】为新西兰白兔育种方案的制定和选育工作提供了理论基础。 Obj ective Genetic analyses were carried out for different daily weight and average dai-ly gain of New Zealand white rabbit.[Method]Data of New Zealand white rabbit were collected from Chengdu Aihua farm animal technology limited company from 2011 to 2013.And genetic pa-rameters were estimated for 35,42,56,72,84 d weight and 35-42,42-56,56-70,70-84 d average daily gain by multi-trait animal model with REML algorithm.[Results]The heritabilities of 35,42,56,70,84 d weight were 0. 63,0. 46,0. 43,0. 42,and 0. 39 respectively.The weights appeared strongly positive genetic correlations to each other,while genetic correlation were stron-ger between two closer weights than others.The heritabilities of 35-42,42-56,56-70,70-84 d average daily gain (ADG)were 0. 30,0. 36,0. 31,and 0. 21 respectively.There were weak genetic correlations among different ADGs.[Conclusion]It is a work that provides basic theoreti-cal parameters for New Zealand white rabbit breeding.
