Coolmax~纤维在苎麻针织产品开发中的应用

摘要 从CoolmaxR新型涤纶纤维及苎麻纤维的基本性能、物理测试指标入手,设计两款线密度均为19.7 tex的苎麻、CoolmaxR混纺纱,以及麻、棉、CoolmaxR混纺纱,并对混纺针织纱的纱线规格、染色技术特点、针织工艺等进行讨论。采用苎麻与CoolmaxR混纺纱及纯苎麻纱,以及苎麻与棉混纺纱,在单面圆纬机上编织纬平针针织面料,重点分析4种面料的含水率、吸湿、散湿性能。结果表明:含有CoolmaxR涤纶纤维的麻类针织物吸、散湿速度与含CoolmaxR涤纶纤维及麻纤维的总量有关,含量越高,吸、散湿速度越快,并且该类针织物的吸、散湿速度快于纯麻或麻棉类针织物,更优于纯棉类针织物,该研究为丰富苎麻针织产品类别提供技术参考。 Based on the basic performance and main physical indexes of Coolmax polyester fiber and ramie fiber, the paper designs two kinds of 19.7 tex ramie/Coolmax blended yarn and ramie/cotton/Coolmax blended yarn.In addition, it discusses the yarn specifications, dyeing technology characteristics and knitting technology. Meanwhile, it develops 4 kinds of plain knitted fabrics on single circular knitting machine by using ramie/Coolmaxblended yarn, pure ramie yarn and ramie/cotton blended yarn, and it tests the moisture content, moisture absorption and moisture release performance. The results show that the speed of moisture absorption and moisture release is related to the content of Coolmax polyester fiber and ramie fiber for these kinds of knitted fabrics containing coolmax fiber; the higher the content is, the faster the speed will be; and the speed is larger than that of pure linen,ramie/Cotton blended or pure cotton knitted fabrics. The achievement made in this paper is of great significance for studying ramie knitted products.
