摘要
在分析针织提花机传统选针原理和磁悬浮技术的基础上,提出一种新的磁悬浮式驱动织针模式,该模型以电磁-永磁混合驱动为基础,对电磁驱动织针进行编织原理研究与试验方法探讨。验证了磁悬浮式驱动织针模式下选针方式的可行性;同时对试验数据进行分析,验证悬浮驱动理论模型的正确性。将单织针控制原理扩展延伸到多织针控制,并对多织针悬浮驱动模式的控制策略进行探讨,为实现磁悬浮式驱动织针实用化奠定基础。
Based on traditional needle selection of knitting jacquard circular machine and magnetic levitated technology, the paper proposes a new kind magnetic levitated knitting needle model, which is based on the electromagnetic and permanent force mixed drive. In addition, it analyzes the knitting principle of electromagnetic force driving needle and discusses the experimental methods. The results show that the needle selection method is feasible; and then the theoretical model is verified through analyzing the experimental data. Furthermore, the single- needle control principle is extended to the multi-needle control systems, and the control strategy of magnetic levirated muhi-needle model is discussed, which will lay the foundation for the practicability of magnetic levitated knitting needle.
