超细纤维经编提花毛巾的工艺设计

Technological Design of Microfiber Warp Knitted Jacquard Towel

针对经编毛巾常规工艺单一、织物花纹简单的问题,将贾卡提花技术运用到经编毛巾上来进行产品设计,以丰富经编毛巾外观花纹效果,提高其档次。阐述经编毛巾形成及贾卡提花的原理,以及超细纤维的特点及其用作毛巾材料特别是清洁用毛巾材料的优势所在。针对超细纤维经编提花毛巾中厨房用巾的特点,从机器配置、原料选择、花型设计、上机工艺参数等方面介绍了其编织工艺及设计要点。指出,在进行超细纤维经编提花毛巾的工艺设计时要注意根据产品用途综合考虑花型、原料、克质量等参数,以达到期望的产品效果。

In view of the problem of monotonous conventional process and too simple pattern of warp knitted towels, jacquard technology was used in product design to enrich the appearance of warp knitted towels pattern andimprove their grades. The principle of warp knitted towels＇ formation and the jacquard patterning are described in this study. Properties of microfiber and its advantages in towel material, especially in cleaning towel material, arealso discussed. According to the properties of microfiber warp knitted jacquard kitchen towels, the knitting technology and design points, including machine configuration, material selection, pattern design, machine parameters,are introduced. It should be pointed out that in the technological design of microfiber warp knitted jacquard kitchen towels attentions must be comprehensively considered in terms of the pattern, raw materials, and grams per squaremetre, according to products＇ purpose, in order to achieve the desired effect.
