A Research on Influencing factors of Individual Piece Weight of Cashmere Knitwear and Its Control Method

针对羊绒针织产品中原料成本占总成本较大比例的现状,采用理论分析与生产实践数据相结合的分析方法,重点讨论影响羊绒针织产品单件质量的主要因素,包括纱线线密度、织物密度参数、实际回潮率等。有针对性地提出生产过程中控制羊绒针织品单件质量的方法,包括控制纱线线密度偏差率在较小范围内,保持车间合理的相对湿度以控制回潮率,打样板时尽量采取常规密度,大货生产过程中合理利用工艺调整的手段,掌握辅料所占比例,加强消耗管理等。羊绒生产企业应尽量减少不必要的原料投入,降低成本,从而增大利润空间。

In view of the problem of the high proportion of raw materials cost in total products cost, the paper analyzes the main influencing factors on individual piece weight of cashmere knitwear by using the analysis methodof combining theoretical analysis and practical production data, including linear density of yarn, knitting density, the actual moisture regain and so on. In addition, it puts forward the method to control individual piece weight ofcashmere knitwear in production process, such as controlling the yarn linear density deviation rate into a small range, keeping the relative humidity of workshop reasonable to control the moisture regain, taking the conventionaldensity when making pattern, controlling the accessories＇ proportion, reinforcing the cost management and so on. The production enterprises should try to reduce unnecessary input of raw materials to decrease costs and increase the profits.
