探讨了涤棉针织物染色疵病的回修方法,介绍了染色疵病修复的具体工艺流程,详细分析了除固、除硅、剥色、净洗、氧漂、皂洗等回修方法的工艺处方和工艺曲线,并阐述了染色疵病修复的注意事项。结果表明,涤棉针织物染色疵病回修方法很好地解决了固色、柔软整理后涤棉针织物染色质量问题,大大提高了剥色回修的成功率。

The rehandle methods of dyeing defects of polyester cotton knitted fabric were discussed, and the specific technological processes about the repair of dyeing defects was introduced. The process prescription and process curve of fixation agent removal, desilication, stripping, clearing, oxygen bleaching and soaping was analyzed in detail, and the precautions about repair of dyeing defects were expounded. The results show that the rehandlemethods of dyeing defects of polyester cotton knitted fabric can better solve the dyeing quality problem of polyester cotton knitted fabric after fixation and softening finishing and greatly improve the success rate of stripping and rehandle.
