摘要
以紫金山铜尾矿中的明矾石精矿为原料,采用焙烧—水浸—循环浸出—结晶的工艺路线制备硫酸钾。试验结果表明,在浸出温度为室温、液固比为3、浸出时间10 min的优化条件下,水浸K2O时,K2O的浸出率为84.08%;采用三次循环浸出后水浸液中的K2SO4的浓度达到118.10 g/L,冷却结晶后的硫酸钾产品达到了农业用硫酸钾GB 20406-2006的国标要求。
Taking Alunite concentrate from copper tailings in Zijinshan as raw material, potassium sulfate is prepared adopting the process of roasting-water leaching-recycled leaching-crystallization. Based on experimental research, it is indicated under the following condition that room temperature, ratio of liquid and solid of 3, leaching period of 10min, and leaching rate of K 2O of 84.08%, the result is better. After three recycled leaching, the concentration of K2SO4 in the water solution reaches 118.10 g/L, and the potassium sulfate product after cooled and crystallization conforms to the requirement of GB 20406-2006.
