囚徒困境视角下的图书馆联盟实施策略研究

Study on Implementation Strategy of Library Alliance from Perspective of Prisoner's Dilemma

将经济学中的经典博弈模型-囚徒困境应用到图书馆联盟共建共享中,对图书馆联盟中不同规模和实力的图书馆建设进行博弈分析,构建相对应的博弈模型,并从引入支出-收益平衡机制、强有力的约束制度、完善的激励奖惩制度等3个方面,提出图书馆联盟实施策略,达到纳什均衡,以期实现资源共建共享的多赢格局。

The paper applies the classic game model-prisoner＇s dilemma in economics into co-construction and sharing of library alliance. It makes a game analysis of the construction of libraries with different size and actual strength in library alliance, and builds corresponding game models. Then it puts forward the strategy to implement library alliance, including introducing a cost-income balance mechanism, a strong constraint system, and a perfect incentive system to reach the Nash Equilibrium, so as to realize multi-win pattern in resources co-construction and sharing of library alliance.
