摘要
烟草机械零件的特点是品种多,形状复杂,小批量生产,精度要求高。对于这样的零件,采用密封箱式炉、清洗机和回火炉生产线进行控制气氛渗碳、淬火等热处理,与在传统设备中进行的热处理相比,具有显著的节能减排、优质高效的优点。
Tobacco machinery parts are characterized by various in kind , complex shape , small-batch production and high precision requirement .For such parts, the heat treating ( e.g., carburizing in a controlled atmosphere , hardening , etc) in a production line consisting of sealed box furnace , cleaning machine and tempering furnace is considerably superior to the heat treating in conventional equipments in energy saving , reduction in pollutant discharge , quality and efficiency .
