摘要
承钢公司在自身钒钛优势的基础上,采用以低成本的钛+余钒强化为主的成分设计,通过制定合理的冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺参数,在1780生产线研制成功汽车边梁用C600BL钢。该产品的综合性能完全满足客户的使用要求,冷成型性能良好,目前已经实现了批量生产。
Based on the superiority in vanadium and titanium in Cheng Steel, adopting the composition design with lowcost titanium plus remaining vanadium strengthening as center, laying down reasonable smelting, continuous casting and rolling process parameters, the C600BL steel for automobile side beam is successfully developed in 1780 line. Its comprehensive properties completely meet costumers＇demand and the product has been put into batch production.
