ANALYSIS ABOUT THE FACTORS TO AFFECT QUALITY OF HIGH-LEVEL PIPE LINE STEEL

从高级别管线钢铸坯纯净度(夹杂物数量、形态、分布、气体等)、铸坯表面缺陷(裂纹、夹渣、气孔等)、铸坯内部缺陷(裂纹、偏析、夹杂等)等方面,分析了高级别管线钢质量的影响因素及控制方法。对三种精炼生产工艺流程生产的铸坯中有害成分进行了对比。

It is analyzed the factors to affect the quality of high - level pipe line steel and the control methods from three respects ： purity of casting billet （ amount, morphology, distribution and air of inclusion）, surface of casting billet （cracks, slag, air holes）, inner defects （ cracks, segregation, inclusion）, compared the harmful compositions in casting billet produced by three kinds of refining process.
