摘要
从生产工艺和设备方面介绍了唐山佳华煤化工有限公司4座6.25 m捣固焦炉在冬季安全生产中遇到的问题,主要有煤气管道堵塞、装炉煤水分不均匀、焦炭水分不易蒸发、液压系统动作缓慢、磨电道和轨道易结冰打滑、管道内结冰等。针对具体问题,提出了解决措施。
It is introduced the main problems in winter production of 4 6.25 m stamp coke ovens of Jiahua from aspects of process and equipment： gas pipes blocking, uneven moisture content in coal, not easy to evaporate for moisture content in coke, hydraulic system operating slowly, easy frozen for sliding power track and car track, frozen in pipe. The concrete measures are proposed.
