摘要
以128 m打桩船桩架为分析对象,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立桩架结构三维模型,模拟其在有风起吊、放置拖航这两种工况下的各构件应力及结构响应状态,校核桩架整体结构强度和稳定性,同时对桩架结构进行模态分析。模拟结果表明,桩架在这两种工况下的材料强度满足安全要求,并就所得数据对桩架的运行安全提出建议。
The pile frame on 128 m pile driving vessel is analyzed with a 3D pile holder model by ANSYS.It carries out the simulation of component stress and structural response under the two working conditions,lifting cargo with wind and laying towage,and check of the overall strength and stability of pile frame,as well as the modal analysis of pile frame structure.The simulation results show that the material strength of pile frame under the above two working conditions can meet safety requirements,which provide suggestion for the operation of pile frame based on the obtained results.
