超级蓄电池性能的研究

摘要 应用Pb@C复合材料制备负极极板,并进一步装配超级电池,对超级电池的各种性能进行测试。对超级电池与普通电池的高倍率部分荷电状态(HRPSoC)的循环性能、充电接受能力、高倍率放电性能进行了对比研究,结果表明超级电池的充电接受能力比普通电池高57.0%;5C放电容量比普通电池提高54.9%;HRPSoC累计循环30 148次,比普通电池提高283%。经HRPSoC循环后常规电池负极活性物质明显硫酸盐化,而超级电池负极活性物质仍然保持较好的活性状态。超级电池经长循环终止后负极活性物质中观察到了结构完整的Pb@C复合材料粒子,Pb@C复合材料在铅酸蓄电池体系中具有良好的电化学稳定性。 Pb@ C composite was applied to prepared negative plates, so that ultrabatteries were made,the properties of ultrabatteries were studied. The HRPSoC, charge acceptance ability and high rate discharge properties of ultrabat- teries and common batteries were studied. The results showed that charge acceptance ability of ultrabatteries is higher than common batteries by 57.0% ;discharge capacity at 5C(A) is higher by 54. 9% ;the cumulative number of HRP- SoC cycle is 30148 times,2. 83 times than common batteries. After HRPSoC test, suffation of negative plate of com- mon battery was serious;by contrast, negative plate of uhrabattery was keeping a good active statue. After circle life test, entire structure particles of Pb@ C composites were observed in the negative active material of ultrabattery. This really showed that Pb@ C composites have good electrochemical and good chemical stability in leadacid batteries.
