关于降低膜系统运行成本与提高膜系统产水率的对策研究

摘要 对膜处理系统的运行状态进行了分析,优化了生产组织模式及碳酸钠投加量,改进了膜处理系统的工艺路线及关键设备——保安过滤器,选取了性价比较高的国产保安过滤器滤芯取代价格昂贵的进口滤芯,使膜系统的产水率提高了23%,运行成本降低了27%,为膜系统的安全稳定运行打下了坚实的基础。 In order to lay a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of membrane system, this paper analyzes the operation state of the membrane treatment system, optimizes the amount of production organization mode and sodium carbonate dosage, improves membrane system process route and the key equipment of security filter, and chooses the higher performance price ratio of domestic security filter to replace the expensive imported filter. Through the above measures,the water production rate of membrane system is increased by 23%, and the operation cost of membrane system is reduced by 27%.
