A New-type Cover of Lead Pot in Lead Electrorefining

针对传统的精炼铅锅的烟气问题,提出一种新型的优化方案,包括铅锅罩及其对接装置。使用此铅锅罩,可以减少人工操作,改善生产环境。介绍了老锅罩的生产情况和新型铅锅罩在生产中的操作流程,并对锅罩的推广和使用作出展望。

In view of fume problem of the traditional lead refining pot, a new optimization was proposed,including lead pot cover and its interfacing apparatus. Using this cover,manual operation can be reduced and production environment can be improved. Production of traditional cover and operational process of this new lead pot cover in production were introduced. The extension and development of the cover was prospected.
