日伪统治下华北农村的合作社 ,完全是日本在华北沦陷区农村实施经济统制、掠夺重要农业物资的国策机关。它违背了合作经济自由组合、平等占有并使用生产资料、民主管理等基本原则和特性 ,虽有“合作”之名 ,而无合作之实 ;它是以牺牲农民利益为目的、而不是为农民利益服务的 ,是为日本战时经济服务的重要工具。日伪统治下华北农村合作社在使华北发挥日本的兵站基地和粮食总库。

Such cooperatives were a ctually Japanese government agencies established in the occupied areas in north China to enforce Japanese economic control and to plunder impportant agricultural goods and materials.They,operated against the basic principal features of free combination,equal possession,equal use of means of production and democratic management of cooperative economy.They were important tools to serve Japanese wartime economy.They served as military bases and grain depots in japan occupied north China and supported the japanese aggressive war against China.
