中国传统建筑的特色在中国当下的民居中多有呈现,中国的民居文化可谓历史悠久,翻开各种明信片、宣传画、邮票都能找到它们的身影,而在岁月的逐渐变迁中,古朴的建筑形式已经被逐步融入到了现代建筑的设计当中.北方的四合院虽然已经快进入历史的博物馆,但其古朴典雅的艺术气息已经被我们逐渐简化并应用到各种建筑当中,并形成了不同于西方传统民居的独特体系.
